Professional Photography
There is no comparison between professional photography and the average quality of home photos on the MLS. This one service alone will make your home shine through the dull and fuzzy pictures of your competitor’s homes and grab the attention of potential buyers.
3D Virtual Tour with Floor Plan
This tool is beyond incredible and has proved to be a highly successful part of our marketing plan. The program provides the buyer with a high-quality video or manual tour of the home (which can prevent showing requests from tire kickers or unqualified buyers). No one enjoys cleaning for a showing- why go through the trouble when buyers can tour your home online and if they are serious, then they can book an in person viewing.

Strategic Marketing Plan
Study after study has shown that printed ads and radio are outdated forms of advertising. We focus our marketing around Facebook & Instagram ads and posts as well as MLS marketing sites. By providing stand out photos and videos, your home enjoys targeted exposure to thousands of potential buyers.

Staging is often more about decluttering, furniture placement and using solid, neutral colours than about spending a lot of money on completely redecorating.
